Compound Coatings

Compound coating, molding chocolate, dipping wafers, or whatever you call it! Compound coatings are a quick and easy alternative to tempering real chocolate. With a vegetable oil base in place of cocoa butter, these wafers can be melted down easily, worked with, and put in the freezer to set up!
