These semisweet wafers are part of Collection Etienne (formally known as EGuittard). Classic deep chocolate flavor with a pronounced fudge and multi-dimensional, balanced flavor profile. Nutty with lingering chocolate and vanilla. A good choice for all around pastry use. 55% cacao with a viscosity of 115.
