We encourage expedited shipping options and or the purchase of cold shipping options found in the Chocolate Must Haves section of the website.  In most cases our chocolate is used for the purpose of confectionery creations and is melted down to use anyway and this is not a large issue.  If you have further questions or concerns please call the store.

For proofing bread dough prior to baking. Made in USA from an advanced, eco-friendly material composed of 30% recycled maple wood fiber and 70% certified food-safe, BPA and phthalate-free polypropylene. Includes cotton liner. Versatile, durable, easily rinses clean or top rack dishwasher safe.

 Inside dimensions: 10.5″ long x 7.75″ wide at the rim. Tapering down to 7.25″ x 4″ at the base. Designed to accommodate up to a 2 pound loaf.
