These milk chocolate wafers are part of Collection Etienne (formally known as EGuittard. Bold, rich, upfront chocolate flavor accented with subtle caramel notes and a lingering hint of cinnamon, fresh dairy flavor and a spicy finish. 38% cacao and a viscosity of 57 so this makes a great fountain chocolate.
