We encourage expedited shipping options and or the purchase of cold shipping options found in the Chocolate Must Haves section of the website.  In most cases our chocolate is used for the purpose of confectionery creations and is melted down to use anyway and this is not a large issue.  If you have further questions or concerns please call the store.

Merckens Bulk Light Green Chocolate Wafers are a premium chocolate wafer that can be used in many different baking applications. Merckens Light Green Chocolate Wafers can be used as a dipping chocolate, molding chocolate. This does not need to be tempered.

Sugar, vegetable oil (palm kernel oil, hydrogenated palm kernel and cottonseed oils), nonfat dry milk, milk, glyceryl lacto esters of fatty acids, soy lecithin,
yellow 5 lake, blue 1 lake, salt, and artificial flavor.

Smaller amounts are repackaged.
